Inspired by my love of the sea and crab, a favourite dish of mine. Part of a theme of seafood.

Enjoyed often in the restaurants in Yarmouth on the IOW.

Also living in Warsash, Hampshire and for a time in Pond Cottage built on the site of the pond where the fishermen kept their catch live and alongside the place where crab and lobster teas were served at The Crab and Lobster, now sadly long gone.
